Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham
The Nottingham Royal Concert Hall
In Nottingham City Centre across from The Cornerhouse, a leisure complex, is the Nottingham Royal Centre encompassing the Victorian Theatre Royal and the Nottingham Royal Concert Hall.
Construction on the 2,499 seat Royal Concert Hall began in 1980, lasting until the concert hall's opening in 1982. A visually striking building, the Royal Concert Hall is the work of RHWL, the Renton Howard Wood Levin Architectural Partnership.
The Royal Concert Hall showcases performances by touring artists such as orchestras, rock bands, dance acts, ballets, musical productions, comedians, and other solo artists.
