Blue Sky Behind The New Art Exchange
Founded in 2003 The New Art Exchange in Hyson Green, Nottingham holds as it mission to provide an international centre the visual and performing arts, with a focus on those originating in Africa, the Carribean, and South Asia.
In addition to the gallery and performance spaces for showcasing art, there are also facilities for workshops and meeting type events.
Like many modern art galleries and museums, the building housing The New Art Exchange is appealing to look at. London-based architects Hawkins Brown were responsible for the design of the building.
There is a café on the buildings ground floor offering snacks and hot & cold drinks.

The New Art Exchange is open Monday - Saturday 10am-5pm, closed Sundays and bank holidays.
Admission is free.
